My wife was born in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, so this place was like a homecoming of sorts. We had the dinner for two, and she was in heaven.
Excellent white tablecloth restaurant with suit wearing waiters, but with very good prices. Specialty of the house is Cabrito (goat) prepared in different ways. My leg cut came with only lettuce and tomato salad and beans. This is a MEAT restaurant. They also have beef cuts, too. My meal, including one beer cost the equivalent of $14.00. Great food at great prices. You can go by taxi around most of central Guadalajara for less than 100 pesos( aprx. $5.00).

It's great. Best place in Guadalajara for cabrito al pastor. It's really big so, I don't think you need to make a reservation. It's a family place and there's and amusement area for kids. We ordered parrillada for 2 which comes with cabrito, arrachera and machito and it was great. The staff was nice and the service pretty fast.
We are two friends from college, visiting from the US. We don’t know any Spanish. We happened upon this lovely restaurant, and we were treated with such kindness by Nacho, who is a wonderful waiter. He helped us so much with our choices. The chips and guacamole and salsa were excellent, and our entrees were delicious as well! Thank you Nacho!
Best meal I had while visiting Guadalajara. The service is excellent and attentive, the food is delicious and perfectly cooked. Try this place and you'll be glad you did.
I had the arrachera with cabrito. The cabrito was decent but the arrachera was extremely juicy and cooked to perfection. My meal came with caramelized onions, caramelized Serrano peppers, and frijoles de la olla. The meal also came with salsa, corn tortillas, and salad. Would recommend.
An amazing eating event. Maybe the best meal I have had in Guadalajara. To experience Nuevo Leon one must try the Cabrito. Fantastic! Fajita steak is incredible. Handmade tortillas are excellent Great service. Owners have had a Nuevo Leon restaurant in Guadalajara since the 60s.

Nice settings, very good service, I could go into the kitchen to take photos. I had costilla they included some shoulder and an arm. The dish is huge, I need to pack half away. the Cabrito is tiny, so the costilla is a bit dry as the meat is so thin. Anyway it is delicious and highly recommended.
